What part of the breasts usually hurt when you become pregnant? How quickly would you feel the pain into the pregnancy?

This was literally my first symptom -- I had it about 3 weeks after conceiving, and they were incredibly sore. Now, before my period, they become sore on the sides and the top (kind of like they're swollen and gotten heavier, and it's the pulling that's making them sore). When I was pregnant, the nipples were sore and swollen and almost always erect. I couldn't believe how painful they were!

Usually around your nipples are sensitive, Sometimes the whole breast will have an achy sort of feeling. I felt them get sore around 4-5 weeks after my LMP.
