It seems like all my friends are from different financial situations, cultures, religions, morality, interests and would be appalled to learn about my other friends.

Well maybe not appalled but would have nothing to talk about. Does anyone else have something like that? How do you deal with it? If I throw a big party, it would be pretty sucky.

I'm a very diverse person and have a diverse group of friends. I'm black, but in highschool I had friends from all races, especially Asian. Most of my friends are Asian, Black, and White. I don't really have any hispanic friends though have some aquaintances. One of my best friends is from India and any best friend is from Africa. I frequent the goth scene too so I have friend who are goth or otherwise alternative in their life style. I also have gay and cross dressing friends. I also have some black friends high on the socioeconmic status scale that may not get along as smoothly with some of my other friends. Well, not that they wouldnt get along, but they may not strike up conversations with some of my other friends. My friends would like one another for the most part, but the hard part would be getting them all to like the same music and food.

Whatever you plan ,you are the focus point, the hub, centre of attention .They will all be honing in on you and gradually spread out to include others in their life, for your sake. They will expect something of you and will gladly comply if they are truly friends. It may not be easy and something in common is needed, and that is for you to know beforehand.

I once invited all my closest friends to go camping. I figured since I liked all of them they would all get along. WRONG. Needless to say the camping trip broke up after a day or two.

They would all hate each other. I have too many friends, and not all of them get along. It kinda sucks when they want to all hang out, but they don't wanna hang out with my other friends.
