I have a physical tomorrow and they told me not to eat for 12 hrs. prior to it. Will drinking water screw up the blood work?

Clear liquids are acceptable. If you can refrain from everything except water that is best (no soda, teas, coffee, etc). Water will not have effects on your blood work unless you drink gallons and gallons of it

Water will have no impact on the 12 hour fasting blood test. No food of any kind, not even a snack. Drink all the H2O you want.

No, you need to drink some water otherwise your veins will not be plump enough to stick a needle into. They shrink w/out water.
