YeP We also had random drug testing at my private School, but people still go to school high, lol
I think it's unfair to enforce random drug testing!

Nope, but I'm in college, so maybe administration figures that if they found the drug users, a significant portion of the student population would be in legal trouble which could jeopardize a source of funds for the university. Plus, it would get pretty expensive trying to fund that many drug tests.

Yes it is a very good thing, At my school, a military school in florida, everyone is tested at least once a year, then random people are called everyother week to be tested.

At my high school they have a concrete building that they don't use anymore and isn't attached to the school it is call the "butt hut." So people just go out and smoke some pot. I also see rolling papers once in a while.
