I need help on buying something for my goddaughter who turned 16 n June. Last Christmas I gave her money. But i wanted something different this year. Maybe a gift card but to what kind of store? Or should I go with the old stand by Wal-mart? Sounds too cheap huh?

well im 16 and i love jewelry and clothes. Stores that most teens like are Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, Express, or if you wanted to get her electronics anything to do with the ipod is a great gift.

It depends on what style your goddaughter is into. If you see her do her hair alot and she always has different accessories on then get her a gift certificate to a store like "Claire's" you can find it at the mall. It is a store with affordable jewlery, accessories, hair stuff, and picture frames, etc. for girls of all ages and styles. If you don't find that store exactly, get a gift certificate to a store that has a sign outside that says "free ear piercing" they're the same type of store and they are all at the mall.

Go to her favorite store with her and let her choose anything she wants (within reason). Then take her to a movie!
