My mom broke down and bought the booger jam when I was a teen. I saw it in the fridge and said, "Mom! Ugh! Gross! Why?!" To which she replied, "Goober Grape! I loved it as a kid. It's not gross, it's deliiishes" I think the key is that you need to have grown up with it. This doesn't gaurantee you'll like it, but I don't think any sane adult would see it for the first time and think "yummy"
