How often does it "require" sex? Well if you ask me any healthy marriage requires sex at least once every two -three weeks at a minimum.

well i don't know about healthy but i think it's normal to have sex about 1-2 a week for the most part. theres a lot of flux to that tho based on preference, drive, schedule, a lot of factors

Sex isn't "required" at all...in a healthy relationship the parties should have it as often as they mutually desire...that will vary from couple to couple...

it depends on how old you and your bf are.
if you are like 19 to 32 years old = almost everyday
if you are 32 to 45 years old = a few times a week
if you are 45 or over = once a week or so

Wheres the damaging in intercourse? in the journey that your in a relationship there is not any duty for intercourse... its an intimate act that brings a pair closer... I dont see the type you an see intercourse as damaging?
