it depends on if they are self-employed or working for someone else. typically most businesses provide 2-3 weeks of vacation depending on how long you've worked for them. If you work for yourself, you will never get a vacation (at least not until about five years after you start the business) because you are too busy working to find clients and do work for current clients and paying your taxes, and shopping for stuff to use in your designs
