No, they'll grind on but, unless they change things, it probably won't be good enough.
There's been a lot of talk about Shevchenko and he hasn't done great. Ballack's every bit as big a problem though. Great player but they didn't need him and it ain't working. If Joe Cole regains fitness and comes back in to the team Chelsea still have a big chance. If Ballack's preferred they're not going have enough width and they're not going to score enough goals....

It will be close and I think if Chelsea can overtake Manure, it'll be right at the end of the season, perhaps week 34 or 35. Kudos to Manure for scoring with such a shortage of true strikers!!!

No Chelsea have been concentrating on the Champions Cup and now they have until till February to get back on top of the Premier League, wait and see the winning run they put up now, lets face it i support Arsenal but Chelsea is way above us and Man.United at the present moment.!!!
Mourinho is a willy coach and now he can devote his full attention to the league.!!!

Yeah! but it's not been that easy as United were very consistent defensively but they got the 3 points they needed in order to keep the race alive and interesting.
Tchao!

If you are asking if Chelsea "has got it in the bag," as some Americans might say, then no. They aren't even at the top of the table yet!
