My boyfriend has a lot of friends... his friends who are girls I don't mind. The guys are the issue. first of all, half are not really my boyfriend's friends... but annoying kids who think he's cool... whatever. Then he has a couple of friends who choose to hit on me when my boyfriend is not around. He has four friends who are guys that are alright. I have talked to my boyfriend, but I'd like to hear from the people.... mature people?

They won't bud out... meaning getting involved in our conversations and trying to give him, "bad" advice.

To see ANY results, you will have to convince your boyfriend to tell his friends to mind their own business. They will never listen to you. Also, if you'll allow me to give you another little piece of advice without thinking I'm trying to be rude (which I'm not), the term you are looking for is BUTT out. Not bud out. Good luck. :)

Set your boundaries now. Let your boyfriend and his friends know exactly where you are coming from and where it is you want to be. If you have to be a "B", be it. Sometimes you have to loose something to know what you missed - that male bond thing is a trip. The mature person who has the answer for you is your boyfriend, look at the situation, you are still young, where is the maturity?

This is for your boyfriend to work out with his friends. He needs to put a stop to it. If he does not, then the problem will only continue. I hate to say this, but you may have to give him an ultimatum.

Don't have personal conversations in front of his friends.
If your not and he's telling them about the conversations then he is the problem for not keeping private conversations private. He is not respecting your privacy with him.
