OSHA can conduct an interview of your worksite and come up with suggestions of changes and procedures that will help lessen the probability of accidents.

Once the procedures are in place, there needs to be monthly reminder meetings and walks about the property in groups to check out the safety areas.

Also, if you have the designs wheelchair / handicapped compliant, then ergonomically the area will take care of the little day to day for ease in doing common work. Less stooping, less tight areas that can be fire hazards, lessen the repetative strain injuries (like typing, using the mouse, pulling of drawers).

OSHA is a good start. Good luck!

Don't have anyone come to work. It's not possible. There will always be injuries, even in an office environment.
