The United Kingdom is not in the Eurozone and accepts only pound sterling as the currency of everyday transactions. So no Euro, no dollars only pounds and make sure they are issued by the Bang of England and not a Scottish bank.

You would pay in pounds, euro's are used on the continent but not in England.
