More details:
I'm 58 years old and wear a 40D bra. Mostly, I don't want to wear a bra and don't find them comfortable. I'm in a cool climate, so I have a lot of clothes on and it isn't so visible.

I am 49, 36 B, I hate bras, invented by men, just another way to control something they don't have, or understand. I never wear a bra unless the outfit requires it. Only then, and usually its a camisole type. My boobs don't sag. My nipples aren't looking at the ground. I say, it's not true, in certain sizes. Gravity has a lot to do with it. The more to fall, the easier the path. Braless and happy in So. Cal.

Yes, gravity takes a toll on all of us. Without a bra supporting your breasts at least part of the day, your skin will stretch more. It will take several months, or even a year or 2 before it will be noticable, but there will be more sag, than if you had worn a bra.

At your size, I would think that you would also have quite a bit of back pain if you weren't wearing a bra.

My mother told me that if I didn't wear a bra, my boobs would sag. Well, I wore a bra all the time and they still sagged. So, I guess gravity and age has the upper hand on all of us.

I work in a nursing home and see some boobies that hang down to their thighs and I vow to always wear a bra, just not while I'm sleeping.
