Just pause.
Also, try some wheat germ oil. Adelle Davis used to say there is a baby in every bottle of wheat germ oil. Adelle Davis is a nutritionist who wrote a book, "Let's Have Healthy Children". Everyone I know that can't get pregnant I tell about the book. They buy it, and get pregnant.
Congratulations, you are probably pregnant, already.

There is no possible way all of it can fall out. There are billions of those little guys floating around in there and they have tails so they swim without your assistance. You should probably see a fertility specialist if you have been trying for at least a year with no success. However, if you want to experiment... When my husband was in medical school they had success with putting semen in a turkey baster and inserting it into the woman's vagina. It's sounds strange but worked, especially for the women that were a little on the over-weight side. I hope this helps!

I promise you that it isn't all coming out. If you are laying there elevated and all of that you are getting enough in there to get your pregnant. Your cervix is very far down, so they don't have to swim very far to get in there. As soon as your partner ejaculates they start swimming. Just remember not to use any lubricants while you are trying to have a baby as they can kill the sperm. If you need to use some use Pre Seed-it is a lubricant that is sperm friendly and actually helps them swim better. Everyone I know that has tried to get pregnant has with Pre Seed.

It may just seem like all the semen is coming out. But, I doubt that all out if comes out of you. You may want him to stay inside of you for a bit longer and then you may want to stay laying on your back for awhile. But, ultimately their are millions of sperm, it shouldn't be a problem is some semen comes out.

Trust me, it's not all coming out.
However, if it concerns you, don't separate immediately afterwards. Try cuddling together in the sexual position for a minute or two to try to maximize the sperm's ability to mobilize.

Your partner? Are you married? Don't worry about it spilling out. That's normal, trust me...it's not ALL coming out. If you and your "partner" are both able to have children nature will take it's course.

tell him to stroke deep and long and hold when he climaxes... a man's semen and sperm mixture will thicken several seconds after release...sounds like your stud is pulling the trigger early....
More foreplay...tease him and urge him longer before climax...this also causes a larger volume of semen and sperm to be released....sorry to be gross, but male porn actors have "fluffers" that tease the climax for a long period before filming ensuring a dramatic "climax"...
Wow...this is gross...I am so sorry.

tell him to stay in side of you longer or give it up again and go for another round. that would be nice. and you are going to be leaking, soak and wet so dont think that its just all just coming out. there are thousands of those little boys and girls anyway.
