The first one sounds like "Yellow" by Coldplay

The second sounds like "Send the Pain Below" by Chevelle.

i think you're talking about "Through Glass" by Stone Sour

"and the stars, the stars, they shine for you, yeah
I'm looking at you through the glass, don't know how much time has passed..."

the second song is "Send the Pain Below" by Chevelle.

"so send the pain below, much like suffocating"

The song with "and the stars will shine for you" is probably "Yellow" by Coldplay. Here are the lyrics:

Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And everything you do,
Yeah they were all yellow,

I came along
I wrote a song for you
And all the things you do
And it was called yellow

So then I took my turn
Oh all the things I've done
And it was all yellow

Your skin
Oh yeah your skin and bones
Turn into something beautiful
D'you know you know I love you so
You know I love you so

I swam across
I jumped across for you
Oh all the things you do
Cause you were all yellow

I drew a line
I drew a line for you
Oh what a thing to do
And it was all yellow

Your skin
Oh yeah your skin and bones
Turn into something beautiful
D'you know for you i bleed myself dry
For you i bleed myself dry

Its true look how they shine for you
look how they shine for you
look how they shine for you
look how they shine for you
look how they shine for you
look how they shine
look at the stars look how they shine for you

Hope this helps! ^^
