after she took the money there was 40 dollars in it when i catched her after running 3 yimes around the schhol i asked her to give it back.SHE DIDNT! What Should I Do?

In your situation there is no right or wrong answer because the person is supposed to be your friend. You should tell her that if she would have split the money you wouldn't have been so angry. So if she pulls the money out snatch it back or just settle for half. If she refuses to give you anything. She is definately not your true friend now is she. Just chalk it up as to a learning experience. If you ever find that kind of wind fall again put the money in your pocket right away....Good luck with your friend.

If she steals, she's not right 4 you.
Tell a teacher and the teacher will take the money so niether of you get it. That's more fair.

she's greedy. She maybe hasn't had or likes money a lot and won't give it up. But tellyour principal about this and he or she will take care of it.
