where can I get oval b&w photos?

I need to take these pictures for some school paperwork, if you know a place where I can get these done, they need to be oval shaped (the photo paper as well as the picture, and I.d. size)

Put an oval mat over the pic and rescan it on the copier with photo paper loaded. (opt photo quality)
