I've never baked them. They're fried. Heat up some oil (veggie, soy, peanut, whatever you have) preferably in a frying thing that will tell you the temperature of the oil (you're going for something around 300 Fahrenheit, if I remember correctly). If you let it get too hot, you're asking for both burns and a fire- which sucks. Anyhow, drop those suckers in, and wait until they're golden. Drain on a paper towel, let them cool a bit, and go to.

If you're getting these eggrolls from a box, try reading the directions first! But if you're making them from scratch, fry them.
