Lately I come on here and it seems to help a whole lot...or talk to a friend and listen to some music, take a long hot bath...and start again on a better foot the next day.

Soak in a tub or take a nice, long shower. Eat something I really like for dinner. Talk to a loved one or good friend about the day.

I crave an icy beer when i've had a bad day. And a bath with loud music so I can sing as loud as I can and relieve tension. I feel sorry for my neighbours.

Give it some time to pass, drink cocoa, eat chocolate, play nice sports games on the comp, talk to someone and say nice things [no matter how it hurts]..... *Never* drink. Drink is *only* for when things go right.

Candlelight bath with smooth jazz and something cold to drink. I stay until the water turns chilly.

Think about how your life could be if you were born in some 3rd. world country, or think of all the people in this world that are alot less fortunate than you, stop being selfish and chear up, it could be worse or smoke some weed that helps...
