It's a really immature thing to say really and when you get a bit older you realize that is the most loaded word or words you can say to a person moreso than I love you...

because when u said to someone that u hate them , that means you HAD love them...if u had hated them all along, u wouldnt have felt the need to said u hate them now

I would never say that to anyone... regardless of how much I may dislike them.
The word "hate" is an evil word in my book...
It takes too much energy to "hate"...
I'd rather just ignore...yanno?
