I'm pretty sure its 8 weeks. I guess It has some really bad side effects though.
EDIT: So you know the answer above me is wrong. That is the morning after pill, not the abortion pill. Kind of like the same thing, but the morning after pill is to prevent a pregnancy, and the other is to terminate a pregnancy.

The morning-after pill can be taken up to 72 hours after unprotected sex. But that is not an abortion, as the egg has not implanted yet and is only that ... an egg.
Mifepristone can be taken up to 8 weeks, but must be given to the woman by a doctor. Some clinics only allow it up to 5 weeks, so you might need to search for one that will let her take it if she's between 5 and 8 weeks.
Past 8 weeks, there is nothing. She has to have a surgical abortion.

You can take an abortion pill up until 9 weeks gestation of pregnancy. Anything over 9 weeks will have to have a surgical abortion.

I can't believe your even asking this question. Abortion in murder. If you didn't want a bbaby then you should have used protection. Or better yet not even had sex. You should try adoption there are millions of people out there who would love to have a baby Because many of them can't. You should think about the baby and not about your self's. Look at you if your parents had an abortion you wouldn't be here. How would you feel about it if your parents murder you. You need to think about this. Or have some since knocked into you.

If you are asking about the morning after pill, I think she has to take it the morning after unprotected sex. I don't think you can take a pill for an abortion. Fortunately, it is a little more difficult than that. If a girl doesn't want to get pregnant, maybe she should be more careful when having sex!

RU486 is approved to terminate pregnancy up to 49 days after the beginning of the latest menstrual cycle... NOT 49 days into pregnancy.
Plan B should be taken within 3 days (72 hours) of unprotected sex.
With both... the sooner after unprotected sex, the better.

GO TO A CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look I am not going to tell you it's right or wrong to kill the baby but I don]t want you hurt! There are tons of clinics around even if you have to take public transport. GO TO A CLINIC! Tell them what you have been taking and talk to them about both abortion and keeping the baby!

Im not here to judge so Ill leave it at: The morning after pill is for that only: the morning after. Once you find out your pregnant you need to go to an abortion clinic.

I know alot of people think it's ok to do that but if you are old enuff to have sex then you should be old enuff to take care of an baby OR if you don't want to have an baby 2 ways to do that don't have sex or use an condom that's why they make them!!!!
