There's a complete video from the National Geographic Magazine company that goes into all the details. From the electronics, ie sonar, scopes, submersible robotics involved & showing them coming up on it's bow. The 1st ones to see it after 75 years on the bottom! Check with major Libraries in the major cities in your state. If they don't have it, they'll know where to get it. I got it once & found it to be one of the most interesting video's & historical finds I've ever seen! they have the search for the Atocha, a spanish galeon in th eflorida keys area, the Bismark German battleship & others. All of which are real eye openers into the imense technology used to locate & then see the remains of the past. I won't spoil the Titanic story for you, but I think you'll enjoy it.

i can't tell ya much about the construction but technology played a BIG i mean huge role in the recovery...

the thing is when the men and women recovered this ship the only way they got down to titanic was by basically a high tech miniature submarine... then when they first reached titanic they sent in these little remote controlled robots into the guts of her.
