You are already there buddy. Because a lot of people are not the gender they say they are anymore. Did you date a guy and thought she was a girl? LOL. JK. And if you really want an honest answer I guess I'd say " Masturbate". Its safer and ok in Gods eyes.

Sometimes people with Alzheimer's disease start acting differently, especially about sex. Otherwise, usually you stick with the same preferences you've had all your life.
If you do change, then your chances would double/go up 100%, not 50%.
