You'll get good grades if you try and keep it up regardless of how good you are. I've seen people who don't use their smart brains get beaten by those who work hard. So if you work hard, then yay for you! :D

It doesn't depend solely on your smarts. Are you motivated to get good grades and is it important to you? If the answer is yes than my answer is yes, I think you will get good grades.
