Good news! The block and heads in question, are perfectly
compatible. They are all Mark IV pieces , just remember this when you are planning & selecting parts for your build.
The block casting # 10068286 , is a conventional Mark IV 454 , and features 4 bolt mains , 2 piece rear seal, short deck height(9.800),and a mechanical fuel pump mounting boss. This block was produced largely in 1990, but production did spill over into 1991 (read your date codes). In 1991 , GM introduced the
GEN V Big blocks , these have significant design changes that go far past just 1 piece rear seal , revised cooling, and non- adjustable valve train and no fuel pump boss. I include the
GEN V info , as a cautionary flag for the novice builder considering mixing parts and unfamiliar with the differences.
As you probably already know, the 049 and 781 heads are both open chamber designs , something to remember when selecting pistons .
Monte , I have to respectfully disagree with your source , mortec.com about the block #. It is #10068286 as asker states.
Their listing , #10069286, is incorrect .
Hope this helps!

This site has a listing for 10069286 as a 90-91 454 with a two piece seal but 10068286 isn't listed.. Also lists the heads as 454.

I constantly positioned on a 2 peice cuz unquestionably, my abdomen looks incredibly fats in a a million peice cuz its clings to each inch and roll. yet I constantly positioned on one that covers adequate of each little thing, no longer an extremely skimpy one, the backside is often boyshort or skirted, and the authentic is all the way in the time of, in comparison to, 2 small cups. I hate that swimming and bathing fits has grow to be yet another excuse to dress like a whore, rather of something versatile you could SWIM in
