is there a specific state or city where you'll find the most good looking women? also, in which place are there more females than males?

Southern Cal all the way. With fitness on most peoples mind because of the warm weather (= tanned bodies in light clothing) and the mix of various ethnicities, you have your pick no matter what your taste in women.
In regards to part 2 of your question, I'm not sure where there is more women but living here in Southern California, I know we do also seem to have a higher ratio of women here; I noticed it in my school classes and I notice it now at church and work. :-)

Where the money is is where the best looking women live. Look in college courses that females are attracted to. I took poetry once because there were about 25 to 2. Nursing class was the same thing.
