i read the story. he wanted a menorah(sp?) up at the airport too, so he sued. Instead of putting one up, they took everything else down.

Actually, he only asked to have a menorah placed next to the Christmas tree. It was the airports decision to remove the trees instead. When he learned that the trees were being taken down, he complained and they were put back. Next year the airport as agreed to add menorahs also. Sounds like a good solution to me.
