It's that triangle thing with the basic needs at the top and as you descend the triangle, the needs get less basic and more of a "want"

Try to "google" it, and tick "images"

Good Luck!

It is a triangle with 5 levels in their order of need that has to be met:

5. Self-Actualization
4. Esteem
3. Love/Belonging
2. Safety
1. Physiological (basic needs)

Levels 1-4 are deficiency needs that must be met in every individual and level 5 is a growth need that shapes individual, personal behavior. Very few people reach level 5. The levels do not progress until each one is fully met in a person. You cannot jump around. Each level is a stepping stone to the next one from bottom to top.
