When I turn the key, it "cranks" but doesn't turn on. The battery, alternator, and starter are fine, the spark plugs do not spark. What can be wrong?

Check your fuses. In the car and under the hood. If they are good. Then check the coil with a test light.on the plug to see if it's getting 12 volts to it. And i don't mean check it on the wire that looks like a spark plug wire.
If it has voltage to it then it's probably bad and needs to be replaced. If it doesn't have voltage to it then a fuse is probably blown

If the spark plugs aren't firing, then just start checking the ignition system. i.e. - ignition coil, cap/rotor, plugs/wires. If all are okay, then there's a good chance you have a pcm problem. pcm = your onboard computer and is not cheap to replace

Take it to a mechanic. You might think the starter is fine but you could be wrong. Take it to a garage and ask them to give you a free estimate
