I saw one on video once...
Some drunk teenagers decided to see if alcohol and fire crackers are a good combination. One of them stuck a bottle rocket in his derier and had a friend light it. The problem is that it was in too tight and it did not fire out - it just gave him major burns and made it impossible for him to sit down.
One of the all-time stupidest ideas ever!

I knew a guy that wanted me to rob a bank with him. I have never done anything illegal in my entire life, other then the occasional song download. Funny enough I saw him on the news the next night. He got caught and is now in prison for a very long time.
Now There's a bad idea.

yea there is such a thing.. and the worst idea someone ever had was my sister telling me and my ex husband to get married, and I actually listened to her like a big fat dummy... but we are happily divorced now thank goodness!! :)
