Your question is a little confusing. Are you asking for a password manager software program or are you asking for a website which stores your passwords? There are several good password manager software programs. Some one mentioned KeePass and it is a great choice. I use it myself and it is easy to use and very secure, using 256 bit encryption. Other good password managers include Password Safe and PassWord Agent. As for a website which stores your passwords online, Agatra is an excellent choice.

1. Agatra https://www.agatra.com/
2. Keepass http://keepass.sourceforge.net/download.php
3. Password Safe http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net/
4. Password Agent http://www.moonsoftware.com/pwagent.asp

Check out KeePass (http://keepass.sourceforge.net/) or KeePassX if you're on Linux/Mac.
