Example: if i have a digital camera port that is 1.1 i'm trying to figure what is my computers!

i'm asking becuz when i plug in my camera(cobra) it says their waz a malfunction

You really don't need to know how much power the usb port has. Most PC nowaday will have usb 2.0 ports and they are backward compatible with usb 1.1 devices. If you plug in a usb 1.1 device in a usb 2.0 port it will run at the usb 1.1 speed.

USB 1.1 is the slowest USB speed a PC can have so it's guaranteed that your PC is at least as fast as that. It might have USB 2.0 ports if it's new enough, but that won't make any difference as the camera will slow data transfers back down to it's own USB 1.1 speed.
