I think they are catching some people by surprise. They are doing pretty good actually. Most had them at the bottom of the Atlantic Division and thought the Penguins would just barely be ahead. Although most didn't think the Penguins would be doing this good either. It was figured with the GM that the Isles would do really bad. Espically when you looked at his first deal. That crazy contract to the Goalie. What something like 15 years or something.

Ted Nolan has them competing hard and as of this writing in third in the Atlantic division. Hold down seventh overall in the east and been quite the surprise. Wish them the best since Ted is an First Nation ancestry of Ojibwe decent. Gotta luv those nish.

That team is a joke! Dipietro for a 15 year deal? Goalie retires to become GM? Sure they are in like third place in the division, but that team is the laughing stock of the NHL!

Ted Nolan has the team actually playing very well, Yashin looks great as his years with the Sens. and DiPietro is having his best year since he joined the NHL. so they are playing really good hockey as of late well better then most experts would of imagined.

new head coach, ted nolan, has been a winner where ever he has coached and he just keeps rolling right along. he does not accept half hearted effort and the players all know that. he is respected by the team and they perform for him. they should be in the playoffs this year and will not be taken lightly. don't be surprised if they go into the third round; hopefully deeper.

Not bad. They still need to be more consistent in order to make the playoffs.
