Ouran High School Host Club, is not available to watch on US television as the anime series itself hasn't been liscenced by any american company yet for distrobution. Although, the manga is currently available to read and in English so if you haven't already checked that out you can go to your local bookstore that sells manga and pick it up there. If you really want to watch the show, you can watch it through youtube.com, or downloading it off bittorrent which you can dl the torrents after downloading the bittorent program from it's official site and then going to baka-updates.com and search for ouran high school host club to download the anime to watch.
If you are one who dosent download anime, then you only chance to enjoy the series is in the manga version since it hasn't been liscenced, but it probably will be in the future but in terms of being on TV it's very unlikely that they would broadcase this anime on TV being that it's a shojo (aimed at girls) which isn't often popluar on US TV compared to boys aimed anime.

nope not yet but it is about to be on satalite in Japan. though that doesn't help. I suggest you watch it on youtube or download it. And it is really cool so freakin funny ^3^
