there is never an easy way for that topic to happen without hurt feelings. you just have to say it but be prepared if you want it to end or not because he may just end it all together.

Either way it gos its going to be hard. You need to slow down and tell him when your buy yourself and tell him you been thinking and I feel this relationship is not working out, I'm going to give you time to look and save some money for you can have a place to live. I really feel I need to be a lone. If you don't speak up girl your going to be unhappy and holding the truth in is going to make you frighting with him and he might not really no way your angry. You need to tell him, like today.

If you're asking what an "easy" way out is - there is none. You have to simply tell him that you're not interested in continuing the relationship, and that you want to go your separate ways; suggest he start looking for a place to live.

tell him you don't wanna live together anymore because he's being unbelievable obnoxious and you're annoyed as hell. no J/K just take him out for dinner, that way he won't be too emotionally upset and be mature about it and tell him exactly what's on your mind. good luck.
