well the squeeze method works great

just about when he is ready to cu m grab him by the base and squeeze really hard, till he quits pumping, this will do 2 things make him harder and stop him from cumming, continue to do this over time and he wil last longer

another method that works for me, right when i am about to cu m i slow my strokes down, i do c um, but at the right pace i stay rock hard and can run this out for 5 or 6 of my own orgasms
and an hour and a half later my gal has had more than enough ;-)

A man has to be physically fit in order to last longer than a few minutes, after all, it's back breaking work, and I agree that they must work for what they want. You may be asking for more than you can handle because any woman who has ever experienced what I'm about to tell you, can let you know that it's the truth. When and if a man has alcoholic beverages before he makes love, it can turn love making into a nightmare. They never come, and you are all dried up from the friction and motion of in and out. I'd rather have a man who can go strong for three minutes (less foreplay), than a man who can pump for one and a half hours and never achieve.

First, if the guy is thinking of sex as a means to just ejaculate, yes, it'll be like "let me get it out as fast as I possibly can". For someone that values sex as a great way of connecting with his woman, he'll find ways to prolong and keep it going a little longer each time.

Involvment in foreplay is incredibly important. If he enjoys being playful in bed and if he intends to keep it "up" as long as he can, foreplay will definitely help a lot. And to you, it also gives you a very intimate way of connecting with him.

Lot often you can recognize to a certain extent when he's going to peak. Just slowing down a bit just before he hits that point and doing something else to distract him a little bit and then going back to do it all over again, does help as well.

But most fundamental to all this is his intent to last forever or keep it going as long as he would like to. Unless he is ready to recognize that and make a mental effort to prolong, it won't happen :-)

When he's on Viagra.

Okay, seriously. All men are different. Some climax quick and others take awhile. Some are good for one round than a rest and others have a quick or zero recovery time and are ready to do again. The average time from start of intercourse to orgasm is usually less than 5 minutes for men.

The answer is Not in a pill!.... People get a grip! Seriously it all depends on his confidence, how active is he, his health, and last but not least how much he cares about you.

Every man has his moment of shame - lol
However women have it much easier when it comes to that sanction. Women don't have to worry about blood flow and length.... they just get to lay back and enjoy the show.

When both the man and woman learn how to communicate effectively in bed.

Physical endurance and bodily awareness on the man's part can also help him greatly in controlling his arrousal point.
