Okay i am 16 yr old and my older sis had said that i am old enough to have a bf... i have never had a bf in my life. And i want one i don't NEED a bf but i want one. I am an overweight person and tan skin color.. does anyone know what can i do? there is no specific type of guy i like.. it doesn't matter to me.. i am open to anything, race,culutre, doesn't matter to me. any idea what can i do? oh and there is this muslim guy i like but we don't have any classes together and i see him for like 2 sec everyday in the hallways and there is so much crowd that there is no way i can't talk to him. can soemone help me? oh and i am a senior is high school and i am not muslim so u think that can be a problem because he seems a lil more religous than i am.

While it's normal to want a boyfriend, senior year is very challenging. Have you thought about what you're going to do after graduation? Having a boyfriend is nice, but just let things happen naturally. Don't rush anything. Focus on finishing high school and making future plans, and the rest will fall into place.
By the way, don't just settle for the first guy who shows interest in you. Get to know the person, and make sure he's right for you.

I'm kind of in the some boat ur in. But I am 17 and I like all boys as long as u r a nice and a kind person. And ther is this boy that I like but he is white and I am black. And I would love to date him but I don't know if he likes me. And I am also overweight,and other thing is that i am scared of what peolpe may say. But just one day I will get the nerve to ask him hopfully that will be sooner then later. But really all I can say is just trust ur heart, and hopfully it will lead u in the wright direction.

I don't think you can set such strict limits on who you like and whom you won't like. I think you just have to let it happen. You might be bumbling and stumbling through words at first, but like everything it takes practice.
However, I will say if you don't want a boyfriend, don't do it just because your sister said it's time for you to have one.
If you like the muslim guy, go and approach him. Strike up a conversation with him and see where it goes. You'll know if you have chemistry or not.

you should do something to make boy like you.. For example: talk to him do something and etc help him you get the point. So
I got my self a gf wen i was 12. I just come uo to her and let her know the truth and thats it. Just after a while if u find a perfect boy just ask by u self or send some1 to tell him (wnna go out with me?)
If the date go fine then everything goin to be alrite

how are you a senior? did you skip a grade? anyway... all you have to do it be yourself... when your walking in the halls look at him... try getting him to see you... pretty soon maybe hell realize you and stare back... thats what i did to start...
im a shy person so i had my best friend introduce us since she is very outgoing.
if you have any good friends that can help you out go for it.
next try talking to him...
or if your a shy person get his screenname and start there
eventually you will get to know him then you might end up with a boyfriend..
this is how i got the love of my life;)

hmm well first of all you need to talk to guys more start off as a friend and hopefully it will lead you some where you'll find a guy dont worry i believe that theres someone out there for everyone weather it be that muslim guy or not you'll find someone good luck and keep your eyes opened for any other hot guys...PEACE

the muslim one is fine if you like having weird adventures where your boyfriend may cut your head off and post it on youtube.
I'd just talk to people. Almost every guy who doesn't have a gf is in the "seeking" category, so it shouldn't be that hard to snag one.

If you are fat it might be more difficult. Try to date another fat guy. If you lose weight you can easily find a bf, I like it when a girl comes to me,sometimes a guy will have no idea a girl likes him unless she comes to him. That Muslim guy might not want to be with an infidel.

Just be yourself and see what happens. You have to put yourself out there in order for people to notice. Go places, get involved, and don't settle just to say you have a boyfriend!!
