but I would write to Y/A help, they have done a lot for me in the past, ask them to give you back your points, and ask them why this happens. but you HAVE to keep bugging them like two times a day until you get what you want, they will give in just so they do not keep hearing from you

When that happened to me, they ended up deleting my question for chatting (The question was "Are you more selfless or selfish")
I'm not sure why this happens, I didn't see how that was
chatting. Seemed like a poll or survey, hence the category
"Polls n Surveys"
