Stop watching late-night TV, it will rot your perception of reality. You have to have a right to the "unclaimed" money to get it despite what the "expert" you saw at 2am said.
Talk to your attorney, they will set you straight.

go to your states website and click on unclaimed funds. its usually tax money or money left in old checking accounts.

contact your local state treasurers office and they can give you a website address for your states unclaimed property (ie: money, real estate)

Go to your state's Dept. of Treasury website. If you have money coming to you, it's very easy to claim. I did it, and within a couple of weeks I had my money.
There's lots of money out there from utility deposits, bank accounts, insurance benefits/premiums, dividends, royalties..etc.
