Betts or Parker.

Both have been very solid of late. I don't think you'll be disappointed with either. Parker is probably the bigger TD threat of the two.

I would go with Jones. He's having a fairly good year and going against a poor rushing DEF.
Also, the Skins are going against an explosive offense and could very possibly get behind quick...they'll start passing!
McGahee takes on a DEF that's been on fire the past few weeks, even if he is at home I don't see him getting many yds.
Jacksonville's D is decent, they can stop the run fairly well.
Now with Parker @ Carolina...that's a toss-up. Carolina has a great defense...when they come to play! They've proved several times they can stop the run, but on the other hand they could slip and let "Fast Willie" go for 100+.
I think Jones is your man!

Ladell Betts. He's been the man recently piling up 170+ yards last week. And with Washington starting 2 game veteran Jason Cambell, Ladell has been getting more and more carries.

1. Parker - CAR's defense is massively overrated, and he's a threat to break a huge one and pad your rushing yards
2. Betts - you can run on the Saints, especially without Hollis Thomas
3. Jones - TB defense, not good...but a little concerned about Benson swiping carries
4. McGahee
5. Henry

Don't listen to anyone else. Without a doubt Willie Parker, i have him and my team is 11-2 and 1-0 in the playoffs. i have LT, Willie Parker, and Frank Gore. I am playing LT (obviously), and Willie over Frank Gore (who is one of the best RB's this season).
