I found a live cockroach in my Mr. sub a few years ago, am now finally able to eat them again...this was in Toronto

The worst I have encounted is a dirty grotty yellow finger nail (by the size of it I believed it was actually a toenail, but my fellow diners felt this was not possible?....the debate still rages!) in my pasta! thankfully I spotted it before I took my first mouthful...

I ended up with food poisoning from bad fish and chips i ate from a take out shop in Shediac, N.B., many moons ago. I was just a kid. We were in a rented travel trailer. It only had one door. The door was at the front, the beds were at the back. That night, between the beds and the door, i got sick. Very sick. Out both ends sick. I don't think i was ever forgiven for that. At least i was too sick to have to clean up the mess...

When I was young my friend and I went to mcdonalds she bit into her chicken nugget and there was a piece of a finger in the nugget. Human finger!! Needless to say her family sued em and got a bunch of money but yeah I havent been able to eat chicken nuggets from there ever again.

When I was in a Boston Market I saw one of the employees put the toilet brush on the same counter where food was being prepared. Needless to say I haven't eaten there again.

Yes my friend Sarah went in to a KFC and ordered the extra crunchy chicken well she was eating it in the darkended car, and when she turned on the light she saw that there was a roasted rat in her chicken! and my other friend jason was in pizza hut he gotten a peeroni pizza and in the crust their was a cockroach!!! EWWWWWWWWWW

EWWW! thats gross! i cant even stand looking at cockroaches! lol...well other than a hair nothing unusual has happened thank god! ..but one time i was eating Taco Bell and i accidentally bit off and swallowed a piece of my fork... i guess that was my fault lol :o)

dairy queen a peanut butter parfait with a wad of hair in between the layers that was in the 80s never have i ate at dairy queen ever again

it's not really a horror story, but the time ms. sugaree made the manager at mcdonalds cry 12 years ago was really funny.

i passed out once in the stall at jack in the box, but it wasnt the regular stall, it had an actual door and lock. thankfully my friend was very patient waiting for me to gain consciousness, it was still a long walk home.

not personally but I was in MacD's with a friend a few years ago, she found a massive piece of vein in her burger, it was about 6 inches long ad a half inch wide. eww.
