How can I format & reinstall Windows XP if I don't have ADMIN password?

If you don't have the admin password and you have a legal copy of XP you can boot from the CD. Chose to reinstall, delete the current partition, create a new partition, format the partition then reinstall on the new partition. The menu will guide you through this not as hard as you would think.
