B Complex. It contains B6, B12, B50 and works really well.

B-12 & B Complex is good. There is no substitute for sleep and you are a teenager and actually require more sleep because you are developing. Make sure your dad and mom know you are taking extra vitamins before you do it. My hats is off to you for being bright enough to know not to take harmful things.

Generally the B vitamins are not harmful, but may interact with any other meds you take, if you take any. They will only help so much and probably not as much as you hope for. Your body will throw off any excess B that it can't use and doesn't need.

Your pee may turn bright yellow, almost flourescent as your body eliminates certain B vitamins. If you notice this, it is not harmful, but it just means you are getting more than you need or can use and your body is getting rid of it.

You really may need to eliminate some activities. Sometimes we just can't do all things. As a teen, you really DO need 7-8 hours of sleep every night and really as a body changes and grows, most teens need up to 10 or 12!! If you have ever noticed some of your friends sleeping late, that's because they are doing what they need to do. They are listening to their bodies and getting rest. 4.5 hours won't cut it kiddo and vitamins won't fix that. Nothnig except sleep will.

Good luck!
