I'm not a girl but....
After I divorced my son's mother, and began dating again, I dated several women 10 to 15 years younger then myself. Once a person "Grows up", they realize age is only a number on your drivers license for buying booze. When each person reaches a certain point of maturity, they begin to see the person, not the persons age... OR... their friends opinions. I prefer younger ladies because they are still willing to explore and try new things in life, older women (some not all) tend to have more conservative ways of thinking.

I applaud you! I too had a relationship wiht a 19 yr old. It lasted 5 yrs. Then a 28 yr old lasted 6 months. I'm 48... but I feel like I'm 25 again.

he's old enough to be your daddy or even your grandpa but 8 years? where were your parents? That'll put you at 16. He's almost 50.
