The hardest adjustment for men to make is the endless pairs of shoes, the loss of wardrobe, drawer, and bathroom cabinet space, and the fact that the toilet paper just flies away (where six rolls used to last a while).

Of course, the upside is that most women have a better sense of colour coordination and decoration, so your living space won't look so barren.

The hardest thing for me was that I like things to be picked up. Not too clean, but dirty clothes in the hamper-thing.....

My advice don't pick up after him or he won't learn.

After 3 years of picking up his clothes I finally stopped..... Then when his mother came into town. She came over and saw his dirty boxers on the floor.... It taught him a lesson....that's why now my next step is getting him to do ALL the dishes and not just the plates...

Good Luck!
