Strip down system to just MB, memory, video (if not onboard) and CPU. Get rid of everything else. If it does not boot, try different PSU first then memory then CPU then MB. If it does boot add one piece at a time until it fails. This is the way to always find a solution to your problem.

I assume the Power supply is compatible with you motherboard.

Is there any beeping sound when you push the power button

There should be fan blowing on the CPU. When you push the power button, does the fan blow on the CPU ?

Also, have you checked the push button on the case. Are you sure it is not stucked or open ?

You can try one thing, disconnect the HD from the main board. Disconnect all the drives from the main board. Just leave the motherboard and the power supply connected.

Then try to see if that get the fans going. If not, then you need to check to see if the motherboard has problem.
