It could be that you do not have enough body fat to keep having regular periods. When I used to play sports in high school and college and I never had a regular period. Also since you are still young, it takes awhile before you get a regular period, even if you have had it for 4 years. Mine did not become regular until I was almost 21.

At age 15 you should have some regularity in period. The thumb rule is 4 to 5 days in a month. If you have hormones issue might affect the cycle. Better you go for the consultation to your physician or gynaecologist. Do not worry too much it happens to a growing female body. As a precaution many girls are taking contraceptive. These contraceptives are hormones and may have adverse effect.

thats the same as me!

but i'm 13, ive had mine since i was 11 and mine came like every 6 months at first and then now it comes every 2 to 3 months!

theres nothing to worry about, it's just your body adjusting to it.

it takes about 5 to 10 years for your body to get used to it and for it to sort itself out !

but if your stil worried about it, just talk to your mum or dad about seeing a doctor!

xx hope this helps!

Yes, you should see your doctor. Are you overweight? It can be Polycystic ovarian syndrome..There is nothing to worry, but see a gyn at the earliest. All the best.
