A) Hitlerwas the dictator of Germany under the NAZI (or nationalistic Socialist, trust me, it makes sense if you say it in German) party which invaded Poland and created the genocide of Jews that was remembered as the Holocaust because of the vile way that many of the Jews were "exterminated". They were put into large ovens and burned to death, the word Holocaust derives from roots that mean death by fire. World War II was caused by Germany's invasion of Poland, dividing Europe in two, The Allies and the Axis. The Allies will be mentioned in part C) of this answer, but the Axis consisted of Germany, Italy and Japan.
B) You mean the Treaty of Versallies, it ended World War I and was meant to make sure anther World War was impossible. It did not do a very good job.
C) The U.S. was part of the Allies, which mainly consisted of Great Britan, France, The Soviet Union and other European countries that formed the Aliies in World War I and came to Poland's aide when Germany invaded. When Worl War II began the U.S. decided to remain neutral, historically standing a very common stance for the U.S. to try to uphold, but after Pearl Horbor when the Japanese bombed a navy base, the U.S. joined the war, but mostly just to fight Japan. Most of the American fighting happened on small islands in the Paciffic Ocean.
I hope that answers your questions!

The question isn't whether you'll love me forever, but whether you'll "love me long time." (Sorry, that's just a rather crude joke, which you may be too young too even understand)
Anyway, I'm not sure what you mean by "the politics of WWII," but let me take a stab at your question anyway.
There is a saying that "politics makes strange bedfellows," which means that sometimes, for political reasons, people come together in a common cause when ordinarily they would be opposed to each other, or at least have differing interests. In the case of Hitler, he was such a threat to Europe, and ultimately the world, that the Western, liberal democracies of France, Britain, and particularly the US, as well as other countries, were allied with the Communist dictatorship of the Soviet Union. One would be hard-pressed to find two countries more antithetical to each other than the US and the USSR, but during the war they were "friends." Of course as soon as the threat of Hitler had been removed and the war was over, the West and the Soviets spent the next 45 years at each others' throats.
For Hitler, even though he could be extremely ideological, politics almost always won out over ideology. This is why the Nazis could make an alliance with the Japanese, who certainly did not fit the model of the true Aryan. But they were useful to Hitler by keeping the British, Americans, and Soviets occupied, to some degree, in Asia and the Pacific.
In another example of politics winning out over ideology, the Nazis even employed the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, a Muslim, to recruit a Waffen SS Division among the Muslim population of Yugoslavia. These people also did not exactly fit the racial profile that the Nazis were looking for, particularly when it came to staffing SS divisions, but the practicalities of war were of greater concern than ideological squeamishness.
As for the Versailles Treaty, that was the treaty, signed at the Palace of Versailles, outside of Paris, that ended World War I. This treaty was considered extremely humiliating by the Germans because, among other things, it blamed them entirely for the war, demanded crushing reparations to be paid to the Allied powers, and severely restricted German military forces in terms of size and equipment. One of the issues that Hitler considered most important was a repudiation of this onerous treaty.
"Europe," per se, did not have an alliance with America, but certainly America was allied with some of the countries in Europe. Among the European countries with whom the US was allied were Britain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Norway, and of course the Soviet Union -- basically all of the countries that had been conquered by Germany and/or which were already fighting the Germans before America got into the war.

The Treaty of Versailles was an agreement made at the end of WW1, imposing harsh conditions on Germany, causing a lot of resentment amongst the German people.
The original allies were Poland, Britain and France. (those countries that declared war on Germany in September 1939). America, among other countries, later joined the Allies. To say America had an alliance with Europe would be incorrect, since both Germany and Italy, amongst other countries were part of the Axis (countries that fought against the Allies).
It would take far too long to explain in detail how Hitler affected politics, that answer I'm afraid you will only get through research.

Hitler affected politics in World War II by invading countries and killing lots of Jews, homos and other people.
The Treaty of Versailles was the treaty that officially ended World War I and also pretty much caused World War II.
SOME of Europe allied with the US but not all. The Allies were made up of the UK, the US and France.

I agree, you really need to do your own work here. But to get you started:
1. - Hitler's Germany invaded the rest of the continent. What effect do you think that had?
2. - It's the Treaty of Versailles, not the versailles of treaty.
3. - Europe is a continent made up of many countries, America is a country. So Europe could not have had an alliance with anyone. But maybe the countries there did, that's something to go learn.
By the way, referring to us as nerds is not the way to get us to do your homework for you. Next time try "I need some of you he-man looking "Gods of History knowledge" to help little old me out."
Bikini pics help too, but only if you are of age.

The Treaty of Versailles ended WWI and caused a great deal of resentment for the Germans due to the harshness of the terms.
England, France, and the United States were allies during WWII.
Hilter rose from a fanatic nobody to Chancellor of Germany at which point his own anti-semitic agenda became almost even more important than winning the war. In fact, he blamed the Jews for the Versailles Treaty and every other thing that was wrong in German society. He also had an eye on the property of the Jews which was stolen from them and used to finance the war that almost annihilated them.
