The cramping you are having is probably a sign that your period will start soon. Periods are always the exact amount of days each time. There are variations from time to time. Myself, sometimes I'm every 28 days and other month it's 31 days. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you haven't had sex. Worrying can sometimes mae it show up later.

if your up to maybe a week or so late, then you should be worried. i used to have really on-time periods but then one time it came a month late. i was really worried but i knew i wasnt pregnant cuz i never had sex before. but then i started a new cycle of every other month periods (good days of my life!) and then it gradually went back to every month...sometimes it just gets out of the cycle, but if your tummy is hurting, it usually means its coming soon, maybe within a couple days

IF you are not sexual active, nothing to worry about.
If you don't have problems with ovarian cysts, nothing to worry about. If you are under any stress, late cycles are normal.
Drink plenty of water and get 6-8 hours of sleep each night to keep the body healthy. Sometimes we have cramps and not the flow of blood due to stress.

If you are stressed then you could skip your period completely. If that is the case the stomach ache could be just because you were supposed to have your period. If you are truely worried then ask a doctor, but it sounds like you should be fine.

Take a test. Mine was late, real late but I took a test and wasn't pregnant and it came next time it was due. I was worried coz usually if mine's late I have a tendancy to faint or collapse in pain. But everything returned to normal.
