No I will usually try to strike up a conversation.
The other day at the resturant hubby notice a chick with beautiful blue eyes and dark hair and he kept staring at her so I didn't say a word, just walked over and started talking to her...Hubby got off on it..so it was good.

I watched a girl for like 30 minutes in a park a couple months ago.
She was around my age (40) I think and she wasn't minding me looking. I think I even made her smile. She DID see me lookin'

I was in the Airport yesterday, and there was a very handsome young man and I just stared. He looked at me and smiled. I told him he was very good-looking and I was admiring that, he thanked me and we shook hands. Some people were definately blessed!!!

i try not to make them notice me staring. so i just take a glance at the guy and look back at what im doing then sometime later ill take another glance at the guy

I never do. But that's just me. I try not to be caught looking/being desperate. Or like when someone looks at me i hardly look back at them. I like to play hard to get.
